Step 2

Click the button below to register online! When you reach the registration site, create a profile, then follow the registration steps. Interested in being a counselor? Please register via the same link and click on “EOYC Counselor” to register!

  • EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE

    • $500 per camper if submitted by June 30. If paying by mailed check, the letter must be postmarked by June 30.

  • STANDARD REGISTRATION FEE

    • $550 if submitted on or after July 1.

  • FAMILY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT

    • Families sending three or more children are eligible for a discount.

      • 3rd Child (same household) discount $50

      • 4+ Child (same household) discount $100

Letter must be postmarked by June 30 to qualify for Early Bird discount.

STEP 3

In addition to registering online, the forms below must be printed, completed and submitted in physical paper format.

Once completed, these forms should be submitted at EOYC check-in on July 27th at Tall Oaks. 

Please note that the Consent to Treat form must be notarized. There will be a notary public available at check-in at Tall Oaks.

Step 4

Please consider donating to EOYC! Each year, we have campers whose families cannot pay for camp. EOYC strives to make sure that none of our youth will ever miss the best week of the year because of a financial difficulty. Help us make that possible!

Step 5

Mark down EOYC on your calendar: July 27th through August 2nd at Tall Oaks in Linwood, Kansas. The Camp Letter with detailed information about camp, a packing list and service project information will be sent in June.
