EOYC camp returns to the Tall Oaks Conference Center in Linwood, KS. We are so excited to be back in person for a full week of camp. Below are instructions to register your campers. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@myeoyc.com.  We can’t wait to see you!

2022 EOYC Dates: July 31 at 4pm to August 6 at 11am

To register for camp, the following items need to be completed:

1. 2022 EOYC Camp Registration Form (link)

2. EOCY Medical Authorization and Waiver (link)

3. Tall Oaks Waiver (link)

4. Consent to Treat Form (this form needs to be Notarized)  (link)

5. Payment ($375 per camper if received by June 30, $425 if received between June 30 and July 14, no late registrations will be accepthttpsed.)
